For info go to their website. The mission, of the Open Medicine Foundation, is to fund and initiate collaborative and groundbreaking research into chronic complex diseases so that patients will be able to live life more fully. Led by our esteemed ME/CFS Scientific Advisory Board, they are now focused on the End ME/CFS Project, designed to find biomarkers and effective treatments for myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). These findings should also provide insights into related diseases, such as fibromyalgia and Lyme disease.
Many thanks to renowned local band Pigs on the Wing who did a concert on 4 Feb at Port St Mary Town Hall, in aid of ME Support (IOM). We collected £187 in a bucket collection, and will also receive a share of the profits from the concert.
